Arrive Health and Wellness is a mobile healthcare provider that has been delivering top-quality health, wellness, and beauty services since 2018. Our team of highly-skilled healthcare professionals, led by our chief medical director, Dr. Brad Schwartz, is dedicated to providing evidence-based solutions that are proven effective.
Dr. Schwartz is double-boarded in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine and has been involved in anti-aging and integrative medicine since 1995. His passion for health and wellness led him to become the past president of the San Diego American Heart Association and a board member of the Parkinson's Association. Through his work with these organizations, Dr. Schwartz gained a deeper understanding of the connection between vitamins, diet, exercise, cardiovascular disease, neural physiology, and their involvement in aging and neurologic deterioration.
Dr. Schwartz's extensive experience and expertise allow us to offer cutting-edge treatments that can help our clients achieve optimal health and wellness. He is passionate about bringing health and wellness to our community and continues to expand his knowledge on the latest methods, which we apply in our practice.
At Arrive Health and Wellness, we offer a range of services, including vitamin therapy in the form of injections and IV nutrient therapy, weight loss solutions, and aesthetics. Our vitamin therapy options can help boost the immune system, improve energy levels, and promote overall wellness. Our weight loss solutions are tailored to each client's individual needs and can include personalized nutrition plans, exercise programs, and medication management. Our aesthetics services can help enhance natural beauty and leave clients feeling confident and refreshed.
